Team Building

Group games not only are such activities fun and engaging for the learner themselves, they’re also an opportunity to learn skills such as teamwork, cooperation and creative thinking. Team building activities also give learners the chance to build relationships with each other and develop their social skills.

I had a great learning working with the Persons with Disabilities in Karmashil Project with Sukalpa and CBM International. The six-month long employability training program have proven to be extremely informative, enjoyable and above all, valuable.
